In addition to their main event between grappling star Ffion Davies and Talita Alencar, Bloodyelbow.com has learned that Polaris has booked a title fight between UFC veteran and ADCC medalist Vagner Rocha and the defending welterweight champion, Mansher “Munch” Khera.
Vagner Rocha is one of the most active and successful athletes in the nogi world right now and he has earned his shot at Polaris gold following wins on the show against Benson Henderson and Ross Nichols. While this bout takes place in the welterweight division, it’s interesting to note that Rocha holds a win over the current Polaris middleweight and light heavyweight champion, Craig Jones.
