UFC president Dana White is braking news all over Super Bowl row right now. An hour after announcing they are aiming to have former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones challenge current champ Daniel Cormier to reclaim his throne in April, White said middleweight title holder Luke Rockhold (pictured) will grant Chris Weidman an immediate rematch at UFC 199.
White reported the sequel on “Garbage Time.”
UFC 199 is expected to go down in June, but an exact date and venue have not been set.
Rockhold handed Weidman the first defeat of his professional career in December at UFC 194.
