After competing exclusively at lightweight, “Violent Bob Ross” will meet Steven Peterson in a featherweight bout at UFC Nashville on March 23. MMA Fighting confirmed the matchup with sources following an initial report by MMA Latest.
Pena (5-1) was a cast member on The Ultimate Fighter 27. He won his opening round bout against Jose Martinez before being forced to withdraw from the show due to a foot injury. His official UFC debut took place at The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale, where he defeated TUF 27 housemate Richie Smullen by first-round submission.
