A potentially action-packed lightweight clash between Joe Lauzon and Takanori Gomi is set for UFC on Fox 16.
The matchup was revealed Thursday during “America’s Pregame” on Fox Sports 1. UFC on Fox 16 takes place at the United Center in Chicago on July 25 and is headlined by a bantamweight title rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and Renan Barao.
Lauzon had a two-fight winning streak snapped in his first appearance of 2015, as he suffered a third-round technical knockout loss to Al Iaquinta at UFC 183 on Jan.
