A lightweight clash between Leonardo Santos and Olivier Aubin-Mercier was officially announced for UFC 212 on June 3 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Santos (16-3-1) is the only TUF:Brazil winner still undefeated inside the Octagon. The Nova Uniao fighter, who became the season three welterweight winner in 2013, has gone 4-0-1 since the title, including a first-round knockout victory over Kevin Lee.
Aubin-Mercier (9-2) will compete for the first time outside North America. He enters the cage coming off back-to-back submission victories over Thibault Gouti and Drew Dober.
