Bellator MMA has added a pair of bouts to its scheduled Dec. 2 Bellator 166 bill, which takes place at the WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Okla.
The two new bouts for the company's return to WinStar will see former Bellator bantamweight kingpin Marcos Galvao take on veteran World Extreme Cagefighting veteran L.C. Davis, while in a battle of once-beaten middlweights, former Edinboro University wrestling standout Chris Honeycutt will face former Penn wrestling standout Ben Reiter at 185 pounds.
Galvao, 34, took the Bellator bantamweight crown from Joe Warren via kneebar in March of last year, before losing the strap in a lopsided 25-minute rematch with former Nova Uniao teammate Eduardo Dantas the past June.
