MMA fighter Lavar Johnson was reportedly arrested in August after an alleged attack on his girlfriend that included slamming her against a wall and punching her in the face multiple times.
TMZ Sports provided the newly emerging details about the incident Friday, which the outlet reports led to several felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon (his fists). He fled the scene before police arrived, but he was tracked down and taken into custody.
The report also states officers arrived to see a bloody scene, and the alleged victim had swelling on both her forehead and nose.
