Khamzat Chimaev (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) is undefeated on the streets of Chechnya as well as inside the octagon.
The surging UFC welterweight prospect says he used to fight on the streets every day and recalls a time when he beat up an eleventh-grader when he was in just fifth grade.
“Everyday, we had fights on the streets of Chechnya,” Chimaev told Hustle MMA during a recent interview (h/t Sportskeeda). “We created history for ourselves on the streets. I’ve never lost a fight. Thank God, not yet. I definitely didn’t with my character.
