Khabib Nurmagomedov will fight next weekend after all, it just won't be against the opponent he expected.
With Tony Ferguson sidelined by injury, Nurmagomedov has instead been tapped to face Octagon newcomer Darrell Horcher in a 160-pound catchweight bout on April 16 at UFC on FOX 19.
As a result of the late switch, a light heavyweight match-up between Rashad Evans and Glover Teixeira has been elevated into a five-round main event. Nurmagomedov vs. Horcher will remain on the main card.
UFC on FOX 19 takes place at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
