The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced that Khabib Nurmagomedov will defend his lightweight title against Dustin Poirier at UFC 242.
The fight has been rumored to take place at the card ever since Poirier won the interim lightweight title at UFC 236 on April 13. Now the contest is officially signed, according to the Las Vegas-based promotion.
