Karolina Kowalkiewicz was looking to get back into the win column at UFC 238 against Alexa Grasso. Ultimately, it did not go as planned, as Grasso handed the Polish fighter her the third loss in a row.
After the fight, Kowalkiewicz sent out a statement on Instagram congratulating Grasso on her win.
“Big congratulations for [Alexa Grasso] you did a great job thank you all for your support and warm words. Do not worry about me, it was better, but I’m fine,” Kowalkiewicz wrote. “Bruises on the face will heal soon. I left my heart in this fight, but unfortunately I missed something.
