July 16, 2025. Julius Walker’s 26th birthday, but the light heavyweight prospect wasn’t celebrating.
“No celebration until we get this victory,” said the Missouri resident, who faces Rafael Cerqueira this Saturday in Las Vegas. “I'll have a lot of fun on August 10th.”
If Walker has his way, this Sunday will include cake, some good food, and a return to his wife and two daughters after spending a few weeks in the fight capital of the world to get ready for his second trip to the Octagon.
“I've got a lot of work in with (former middleweight champion Sean) Strickland,” said Walker.
