Ultimate Fighting Championship legend Jose Aldo got a special retirement ceremony at UFC Rio.
Aldo (32-10) technically retired after a controversial decision loss against Aiemann Zahabi at UFC 315 in May. However, “The King of Rio” was granted the opportunity to make a special appearance at the Farmasi Arena in Rio de Janeiro to lay down his gloves inside the Octagon in front of his home crowd. The former UFC featherweight champion was accompanied by his wife and daughter as the crowd went wild while paying tribute.
