As if Jon Jones needed anymore motivation to fight Francis Ngannou, apparently now he’s doing it for America?
Jones rattled off a minor tweet flurry on Thursday, targeting the UFC heavyweight champion with a series of messages capped off by a vow to bring the heavyweight title back to the U.S. (Ngannou was born in Cameroon and he began his fighting career in France).
“The Predator” won the belt with the Las Vegas-based Xtreme Couture team in his corner, but that apparently matters little to Jones, who said he wrote, “The greatest title in the world is coming back to the greatest country in the world.
