The former UFC strawweight champion, who’s booked to take on Michelle Waterson in the main event of Saturday’s UFC event in Tampa Fla., took to Instagram stories to address the recent reports from Combate that suggested she was struggling to get down to the strawweight limit of 116 pounds for Friday morning’s weigh-ins, putting in jeopardy her key strawweight bout.
In a series of stories on her Instagram, Jedrzejczyk said the following:
“I don’t know what’s going on, the weigh-ins are tomorrow [They’re scheduled for Friday morning] and you’re all worried about,” Jedrzejczyk said.
