At UFC 125 back on Jan. 1, 2011, a young Jeremy Stephens took on veteran Marcus Davis in a lightweight contest that was part of the preliminary card of the event. That night in Las Vegas, Stephens scored one of the best knockouts of his career, stopping “The Irish Hand Grenade” in the third round of their lightweight contest.
Now, over seven years later, Stephens will take on Josh Emmett in a pivotal featherweight bout that’s set to headline UFC on FOX 28. The event is set to go down this Saturday at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.
