Jason 'Mayhem' Miller arrested for alleged assault of officer

Jason "Mayhem" Miller is in legal trouble again. The retired mixed martial arts fighter was arrested early Friday morning outside his California house on suspicion of assaulting an officer, representatives from the Orange County Sheriff's Department confirmed to MMAFighting.com following an initial report by NBC Los Angeles.

Authorities showed up to Miller's residence after receiving reports of a disturbance in the early morning hours Friday. Miller allegedly threw a ceramic tile at officials and threatened them with a large fire extinguisher and metal pole during an eight-minute stand-off, before ultimately being subdued with a taser and taken into custody on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer.
