Top-five light heavyweight contender Jan Blachowicz was forced to turn down a rematch with Alexander Gustafsson due to an elbow injury.
The 6 ft 2 in Pole posted a Tweet on Sunday blaming his ‘bloody elbow’ for the bad luck.
A week ago I was offered a rematch with @AlexTheMauler. Went for a medical checkup and found out I still have to take some time off to fully heal my elbow. Had to turn it down. Bloody elbow... Good luck Alex and @lionheartasmith U know we'll meet each other soon.
