As a consolation, Hermansson will take on Jared Cannonier, according to manager Malki Kawa. ESPN’s Brett Okamoto then clarified he was being told this will be the main event.
Hermansson is coming off a decision win over Ronaldo Souza at UFC Fort Lauderdale to extend his winning streak to four.
