Irish residents may reject 'brutal and violent' McGregor fight at Croke Park

In a recent interview with the Irish Mirror, a local resident associate claimed that a UFC event featuring Conor McGregor at Croke Park could be rejected due to the brutality and violence of the sport.

Conor McGregor's dream of fighting in his hometown of Dublin at the famed Croke Park stadium may never come to fruition.

According to the chairman of the local residents' association, a UFC event featuring "The Notorious" may be rejected by the Gaelic Athletic Association.

"I don't think it would be something that we would be very keen to see coming to Croke Park," Pat Gates revealed to the Irish Mirror this week.
