Kamaru Usman wrestled his way to a one-sided unanimous decision victory (50-44, 50-44, 50-45) over Tyron Woodley in the co-main event of UFC 235.
What was the high point of the fight?
Usman pushed the pace on Woodley early on and secured the first takedown of the fight less than a minute into the first round. In the second round, Usman landed a big elbow then slammed Woodley to the canvas, and proceeded to fire off ground and pound from full mount.
Despite his corner telling him to move forward, Woodley remained on the backfoot and Usman worked the body well whilst he backed up ‘T-Wood’ against the fence.
