Kevin Casey returns from suspension at UFC Fight Night 71, and his opponent Ildemar Alcantara isn’t sure what to expect on Wednesday night in San Diego.
Casey was suspended one year after testing positive for the anabolic steroid drostanolone following his 61-second win over Bubba Bush in his return to the UFC a year ago. The UFC has recently partnered with USADA for a stricter anti-doping program, but "Marajo" believes steroids wouldn’t help Casey win at UFN 71.
"I don’t care if he’s used anything illegal, and the UFC has a stricter policy now.
