The upcoming Ultimate Fighting Championship event has taken a hit just two days before going down.
On Thursday, MMA Fighting first reported that Ian Heinisch has been forced to pull out of his middleweight contest against Gerald Meerschaert (31-12). The two were set to square off at UFC 250 on June 6 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, and the cause of Heinisch’s withdrawal has also been reported.
