Dana White kept his promise to Henry Cejudo.
Cejudo (16-6) stepped into the Octagon for the last time against surging prospect Payton Talbott at UFC 323 on Saturday in Las Vegas. Despite a valiant show of heart, Cejudo was outclassed by Talbott (11-1) en route to a unanimous decision loss. Cejudo subsequently hung up his gloves inside the Octagon, marking the end of a legendary career. The former UFC double champ also asked Dana White if his fight would win the ‘Fight of the Night,’ which would mean a $50,000 bonus each for both fighters.
