Chael Sonnen’s Submission Underground is back and it has found a new home.
The 8th iteration of “SUG” is set to go down on May 12th and instead of streaming on Flograppling.com, SUG will be airing live on UFC Fight Pass. SUG is known for stacking its cards with MMA stars and its debut on Fight Pass will feature more of the same. The card is scheduled to be headlined by Jake Shields vs. Bellator’s unbeaten standout Austin Vanderford.
While Shields is a far more accomplished grappler on paper, Vanderford has shown some strong grappling skills in his MMA thus far and is in his fighting prime.
