Gogo Shamatava (14-4-0) increased his win streak to 12 with a spectacular spinning elbow knockout of Pavel Pastushkov Saturday at ACB 89 in Krasnodar, Russia.
After dominating much of the first round, Shamatava caught Pastushhkov a minute into the second as he tried to land a spinning technique of his own, resulting in a dramatic knockout.
ACB 89 marked Shamatava’s first appearance under the promotional banner. Pastushkov (3-2-0) was competing in his fifth professional fight and was also making his full ACB debut having graduated from the Young Eagles ranks.
