On Tuesday, the UFC announced via Twitter that Teixeira will co-headline UFC Fight Night 77 opposite Pat Cummins.
The November 7 event will take place at a yet-to-be determined venue in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Fox Sports 1 is expected to broadcast the main card live in America.
