The UFC didn’t hesitate to remove Henry Cejudo from the rankings after ‘Triple C’ retired earlier this year, so why not enforce the same rule for McGregor?
Those were the sentiments of top-ranked UFC welterweight contender Gilbert Burns, who will challenge Kamaru Usman for the welterweight title at UFC 251.
“Cejudo retired they took him out of the rankings very quickly let’s do it with Connor as well!” Burns posted on Monday.
