The 26-year-old Filipino flyweight knocked out Saiful Merican with a devastating combination at ONE Championship 38, flooring the Malaysian with a left hook, then charging in and starching him with lunging soccer kick.
The official time of the stoppage came at 1:21 of the opening round, giving Eustaquio (7-4) his fourth win inside the ONE Championship cage. And luckily, Merican (4-3) ended up being okay (or at least as okay as one can be after taking a massive kick to the face).
