Yushin Okami will make his One Championship debut against Kiamrian Abbasov at the promotion’s “For Honor” event in Indonesia on May 3.
The Singapore-based organization announced the welterweight bout on Wednesday. Okami vs. Abbasov will headline the MMA portion of the card, which takes place at Istora Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event’s official headliner will be a muay Thai flyweight title fight pitting Sam-A Gaiyanghadao against Jonathan Haggerty.
Okami went 1-2 during his second Octagon stint and is coming off a decision loss to Alexey Kunchenko at UFC Fight Night 142 this past December.
