Once hailed as a fighter with the potential to become a mega star for Ultimate fighting Championship (UFC), Anthony Pettis had somewhat of a fall from the spotlight after losing his title to Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 185 earlier this year.
Now, "Showtime" is back to reclaim his marquee status, as well as the 155-pound belt, as he says 2016 will be a year of his reemergence. That starts by getting back to basics and refocusing on his goals, which is ultimately to become the best in the world.
As he declared on The MMA Hour, Pettis is determined to remind people just what kind of dangerous fighter he is.
