Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul rules revealed for exhibition bout, Florida commission not overseeing fight

The rules surrounding the highly anticipated exhibition bout between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul have been revealed ahead of their matchup on Sunday night.

Because Mayweather and Paul are meeting in an exhibition bout, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation won’t actually be overseeing the matchup, although they will lend a referee to serve as the third man in the ring this weekend.

According to a statement from the Florida State Boxing Commission, Mayweather vs. Paul will be contested without the benefit of judges because it’s an exhibition and the fighters will wear 12-ounce gloves with the bout taking place over eight round at three minutes each.
