It looks like it's going to be a long weekend for those on the fringes of the UFC roster. Less than a day after the UFC cut ties with former TUF 19 winner Eddie Gordon, five additional fighters announced their release from the promotion: Marcus Brimage, Chris Clements, Christos Giagos, Matt Van Buren, and Roger Narvaez.
Brimage (4-4 UFC) is likely the most recognizable name on the list.
The former featherweight debuted in the UFC in 2011 following an unsuccessful run on TUF 14.
