Multiple outlets confirmed the booking following an initial report from ING.fights. While Toronto is rumored to be the destination for UFC 297, an official location has yet to be announced for the event.
Evloev is undefeated in 17 professional outings — including his first seven in the UFC. The 29-year-old Russian last appeared at UFC 288, where he outpointed short-notice foe Diego Lopes on UFC 288.
