Top welterweight prospect Ed Ruth has his first Bellator main event.
Officials announced Monday that Ruth will fight unbeaten Yaroslav Amosov in the welterweight headliner of Bellator 239, which takes place at WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Okla., on Feb. 21.
Also announced was the co-main event, a lightweight bout between veteran Brandon Girtz and former UFC standout Myles Jury.
Ruth (8-1) has won two straight bouts since suffering his first pro loss in the quarter-finals of the Bellator Welterweight World Grand Prix to Neiman Gracie.
