“The Black Beast” is getting a big fight next.
After headlining his first UFC card on Dec. 9, rising heavyweight Derrick Lewis is set to take on Travis Browne at Brooklyn’s UFC 208 on Feb. 11, MMA Fighting confirmed following a report by ESPN.
Lewis (17-4, 1 no contest) had to dig deep to defeat Shamil Abdurahimov via fourth-round TKO at UFC Fight Night 102, scoring his fifth straight victory under the UFC banner.
Browne (18-5-1), on the other hand, is looking to bounce back from consecutive losses to Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez.
