Deron Winn is out of his upcoming fight against Phil Hawes.
The middleweight announced Monday via Instagram that an injury has forced him out of UFC Vegas 31 on July 17, which was to take place at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. According to Winn, his withdrawal is due to a “separated rib and torn cartilage.”
“I am extremely saddened to announce that I have to withdraw from my fight on July 17. I know how annoying it is to be on the other end of this.
