Strawweight champion Zhang Weili has been working hard to find a way to get to the US early, after the coronavirus outbreak has limited travel out of China. In case she can’t make it, a solution waiting in the wings could’ve been Darren Till stepping in.
Ever since former champion Robert Whittaker dropped off the March 7th PPV card for personal reasons, Till has been campaigning for a spot against Jared Cannonier on the Adesanya/Romero headlined event. The two men have initially come to an agreement on the fight.
