UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier is taking his relationship with Carl’s Jr. to the next level.
Cormier gained a sponsorship from the West Coast burger chain in the leadup to his UFC 230 victory over Derrick Lewis. The Carl’s Jr. partnership came about after Lewis got sponsored by fried chicken chain Popeye’s.
DC went out and defeated Lewis via second-round submission at Madison Square Garden, and now he and Carl’s Jr. want you to help pick his next opponent.
In a novel approach at gauging fan interest for his next fight, Cormier posted a video message Thursday on Twitter, telling fans to post a selfie on Friday with a Carl’s Jr.
