Cyborg on turning down two title fights: I almost died cutting weight

Invicta featherweight champion Cris “Cyborg” Justino has been successful in the UFC so far. Her two fights against Leslie Smith and Lisa Lansberg respectively ended in dominant wins, both via early TKO stoppage.

Cyborg’s wins had apparently made the UFC decide to create a women’s featherweight belt for her, after stating that she would no longer compete at 140 pounds since it has been too brutal of a weight cut for her. But according to UFC president Dana White, Cyborg actually turned down two featherweight title fights against Germaine de Randamie and Holly Holm.
