Cris Cyborg: It was ‘disrespectful’ to not get a post-fight interview at UFC 232

After a 13-year unbeaten run, Cris Cyborg got a taste of defeat at the hands of Amanda Nunes on Saturday night. The woman once deemed as the greatest female fighter in the world was knocked out by “The Lioness” in less than a minute of action at UFC 232.

Cyborg remained positive after her loss, but her one issue is not having the chance to address her fans during an Octagon interview.

“They just kicked me out of the cage,” Cyborg said during her post-fight media scrum (via MMA Fighting). “I think (it’s) very bad, very disrespectful, because I did a lot for the sport.
