Conor McGregor (pictured) isn’t a businessman, he’s a business, man. According to the Nevada Athletic Commission, the UFC featherweight champion will set a company record of $3 million in disclosed salary for merely stepping into the cage for tonight’s highly anticipated rematch against Nate Diaz at UFC 202.
McGregor is not eligible for a win bonus.
Diaz, meanwhile, walks away with a cool $2 million in disclosed salary for his troubles.
McGregor became the first UFC fighter to land a $1 million show purse when he was submitted by Diaz in March. Diaz made a flat $500,000 salary at UFC 196.
