Fans eagerly anticipating Conor McGregor's return to UFC will have to keep waiting.
In an interview with talkSPORT (via MMA Fighting's Damon Martin), McGregor said he "would love" to fight on June 29, the date he earmarked for a matchup with Michael Chandler. However, he's still unsure of when he'll be back inside the Octagon.
"If they give me that, then we can go ahead and straight away for sure," the former featherweight and lightweight champion said. "I did call for that also [at The Sphere in September], that would be great for me.
