Conor McGregor contractually forbidden from ‘going rogue’, throwing elbows or kicks at Floyd Mayweather

If Conor McGregor decides to throw a little MMA into his August 26th boxing match with Floyd Mayweather, it will hit him very hard in the wallet. At yesterday’s conference call announcing the bout, UFC president Dana White made it clear that his lightweight champion is contractually forbidden from throwing kicks and elbows, or “going rogue”, as it was stated:

“There is no way that will happen. That is absolutely in the contract, number one.”

“Number two, this is a boxing match under the rules of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
