But Covington will, in fact, return to Brazil to fight Rafael dos Anjos for the interim welterweight championship at UFC 224 in Rio de Janeiro. MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani confirmed the bout on Tuesday, and asked whether Covington was worried for his safety after calling the Brazilian people ‘filthy animals’ last year.
