At UFC 187, back in May 2015, Chris Weidman battled MMA veteran Vitor Belfort to defend his middleweight title. That night Weidman defended his belt for a third time, stopping Belfort in the first round of the fight. Since the victory over the Brazilian, Weidman suffered a loss to Luke Rockhold, losing his 185-pound title, and most recently lost to Yoel Romero.
Now, looking to get his title back, and snap his two-fight skid, Weidman will be taking on Gegard Mousasi in the co-main event of UFC 210.
