Charles Jourdain (17-8) believes visualization can do wonders when paired with hard work.
Jourdain faced Davey Grant (17-8) in front of a home crowd at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on Saturday. “Air” dropped Grant with a brutal flying knee before locking in a guillotine to secure a finish in the very first round. Jourdain walked away with a $50,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus for his electrifying win.
Jourdain later revealed that he had been visualizing landing a flying knee on Grant at UFC Vancouver. The Canadian also claims to have footage of him drilling that exact highlight-reel shot.
