After a lackluster two-bout losing streak had many questioning his mettle, “The Predator” returned to form at UFC Fight Night 141, scoring a first-round technical knockout victory over Curtis Blaydes in Saturday’s headliner at Cadillac Arena in Beijing, China. Not only did Ngannou end Blaydes’ six-bout unbeaten streak in the Octagon, but it was also the Cameroonian-born Frenchman’s second triumph over the American wrestler in UFC competition.
