Ngannou claimed heavyweight gold with a second-round knockout of Stipe Miocic in the UFC 260 headliner at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas on Saturday night. In victory, the Cameroonian-born Frenchman avenged a previous loss to Miocic in January 2018 and potentially set up a lucrative showdown with former light heavyweight king Jon Jones later this year.
