British MTV reality star Aaron Chalmers will square off against Fred Freeman in a 160-pound catchweight bout at Bellator London, the promotion announced Wednesday.
Bellator 223 takes place at the SSE Arena in London on June 22 and is headlined by a middleweight title bout between Gegard Mousasi and Rafael Lovato Jr. Chalmers vs. Freeman is expected to be part of the evening’s main card, according to a release.
Chalmers appeared on two MTV programs, “Geordie Shore” and “Ex on the Beach,” before transitioning to an MMA career. “The Joker” made his first three professional appearances under the British Association of Mixed Martial Arts banner, winning each inside of a round.
